The current handling of refugees in Germany

Peace & Conflict   Nov 17, 2015 by MJR

The main thing what is important to know about Germany's society is that if we can help we take the opportunity. Because Germany is built in respectfullness and tolerance. Already at a young age German teenagers were confrontated with the situation in other countries.

My personal view is that we're able to inhabitate more refugees as we have already, because in Germany live 80 Mio people and we have now only 2 Mio refugees in Germany. And we have in Germany round about 1.7 Mio empty buildings, where we can inhabitate the refugees. Then we can also tranform old sport halls for example into emergency accomondation for refugees, but it's also a big logistic challenge for Germany. If we work together we can also handle this problem. For Germany is it also the chance to fullfil their promises. If the German society have problems with terrorist then I'm sure that we also get help from outside.

The main point is that they need help from us and we should help them because i think that they will help us also if we're in trouble.

So you see it as a chance for us too, I like your point of view... Despite the problems we can do it.

Yeah Marco - that's the point, isn't it? Some day, we as German society can depend on the aid of them. I agree with you.

Hi MJR,

I like your comment and your argmuents. But compared with other countries I think 2 Mio refugees is quiet a high value.

Tip: Maybe you should use sources. What about this one ?
